Jake Louden serves as the Director of Business Development for Appalachian Financial Literacy Group, where he drives strategic growth, marketing innovation, and partnership development. With a strong background in financial advising and business analytics, Jake leads initiatives that expand client engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and foster long-term organizational success. 

In his role, Jake spearheads outreach efforts to identify and cultivate new seminar opportunities, develops data-driven lead generation strategies, and represents the firm at key industry and community events. He works closely with leadership to ensure all marketing efforts and public communications reflect Appalachian’s mission of integrity, education, and service. 

Jake is also deeply involved in talent development, building internship and training programs designed to prepare the next generation of financial professionals. His leadership emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and innovation through technology and analytics integration.
